Refund Policy

1. Medical Services

All medical consultations, evaluations, and provider time are non-refundable once scheduled and/or completed.

Due to the professional time, clinical expertise, and administrative resources involved in delivering personalized medical care, refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed telehealth consultations

• In-person visits

• Treatment plans

• Prescription services

• Medical advice or recommendations

2. Medications & Prescription Products

All prescription medications, compounded medications, and medical products are final sale.

For safety and regulatory reasons:

• Medications cannot be returned.

• Medications cannot be resold or re-dispensed.

• No refunds will be issued once a prescription has been ordered, processed, or dispensed.

3. Laboratory Services

Fees paid for laboratory testing are non-refundable once ordered.

If a patient chooses not to complete lab testing after it has been ordered, refunds will not be issued.

4. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe outlined in our scheduling policy.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee and are not eligible for refund.

5. Subscription or Program Fees (If Applicable)

If enrolled in a membership or treatment program, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to utilize services does not qualify for a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not issued based on:

• Personal dissatisfaction with results

• Change of mind

• Ineligibility after medical evaluation

• Failure to follow prescribed treatment

Pink Pony Wellness reserves the sole discretion to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis; however, approval of any refund is not guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pink Pony Wellness to resolve a concern may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Collections activity

• Administrative fees

We encourage patients to contact our office directly to resolve any billing concerns.

8. Policy Updates

Pink Pony Wellness reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
